Additionally, the Board would like to share a few community
reminders and updates. More information will be provided on some of these
topics as needed.
- Trash,
Recycling, Bulk Trash, and Yard Waste: Please place all materials
out for collection no earlier than the day before pickup and ensure
compliance with City of Charleston regulations.
- Neighborhood
Speed Limit: Please help keep our community safe by observing the
posted speed limit of 20 mph. If you notice speeding and feel comfortable
doing so, consider offering a friendly reminder to neighbors.
- Architectural
Review (ARB) Requests: Before making changes to your
property—including tree removal—please review the ARB application
requirements and obtain any necessary approvals.
- Vehicle
and Trailer Parking: All vehicles and trailers parked within the
community must display current registration and be parked in driveways,
limiting street parking.
- Pet
Waste Stations: The HOA provides and maintains pet waste stations
throughout the neighborhood, including bag supplies and waste removal
services. Please help keep our community clean by using these stations and
properly disposing of pet waste.
- New
Community Committees: The Board is excited to announce its intent
to form two new volunteer committees:
- Community
Beautification Committee (which will also initially include a
Garden Club aspect)
- Social
Events Committee
Carolyn is helping organize the initial meetings for both committees and develop their scope, goals, and activities.
