Dear Stonefield Neighbors,

It’s hard to believe it’s already been a year since our last annual meeting! We’re excited to invite you to this year’s Stonefield Community Association Annual Elections and Community Gathering.

This year, at least two board positions will be open, as current members have chosen not to seek re-election. We encourage all residents not only to attend and vote, but to also consider running for a board position or nominating a neighbor who you think would serve our community well.

Important Reminder:
Candidates do not run for a specific officer role. Once elected, the new board will meet and assign officer responsibilities based on experience, interest, and skills.

🧭 Board Officer Roles

President

  • Leads the board’s monthly and special meetings

  • Serves as primary contact and community representative

Vice-President

  • Steps in when the President is unavailable

  • Oversees special projects and assists with board duties

Architectural Review Board (ARB) Chair

  • Works with homeowners on property improvement requests per the Covenants

  • Coordinates with landscaping vendors for common area maintenance

Secretary

  • Maintains Association records (meeting minutes, ARB approvals, etc.)

  • Helps manage communications through our website, newsletter, and social media

  • Supports the Treasurer with resident contact information

Treasurer

  • Manages the Association’s budget and expenses

  • Coordinates with our bookkeeper and homeowners on payments and dues

  • Ensures timely and accurate bill payments and financial reporting

We hope to see you there — with coffee in hand and ideas in mind!

Warm regards,
Stonefield Community Association Board
